The fast-tracked project, valued at $110 million, was completed ahead of schedule in under seven months.<\/p>\n<p>Nick Ryan, PMP, Vice President and Aviation Practice Lead, served as Arora\u2019s Project Manager for the electrical design scope. He is featured in the article discussing DTW\u2019s decision to install energy-saving high-intensity LED runway edge lights, something few airports have yet started to use.<\/p>\n<p>Nick and his team upgraded the existing runway centerline, edge light and touchdown zone lighting systems to LED and removed and replaced the existing conduit\/light base cans.
