As they began building out their staff and developing relationships with key partners, users, and experts, they decided to form Industry Advisory Boards (IABs) for specific market segments.<\/p>\n<p>According to Esri, &#8220;The purpose of the IABs will be to communicate Esri\u2019s intentions and directions for serving the individual market segments and solicit feedback on what we should be doing as a company to improve our transportation products, services, support, customer interaction, market approach or anything that the IAB participants believe that we should hear and consider.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aroraengineers.com\/company\/leadership\/david-grigg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">David Grigg, GISP, Arora&#8217;s Vice President, Geospatial Solutions<\/a>, was invited to join the Esri Airports Industry Advisory Board this summer. &#8220;I am honored to participate and to contribute my experience and knowledge of the airport industry to the advisory board,&#8221; says David. &#8220;I am excited to work with the team to help provide tools and solutions to the aviation community to address future Geospatial projects and business scenarios.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Additional members of the Aviation IAB were recruited from major airports around the world, other leading consulting companies, solution providers, and government agencies.
