We are pleased to see our team fulfilling the goal of this campaign: working together as a team to reinforce Arora\u2019s mission statement, <em>Improving the Quality of Life by Rethinking Infrastructure<\/em>. Each month we will continue to prompt employees to explore two words that we believe connect our mission, vision, and core values. We will then have a call to action where employees send us pictures, videos, and stories that we will anonymously compile and promote to illustrate how we are living our values.<\/p>\n<p>For June, we contemplated <strong><em>Rebuild <\/em><\/strong>and\u00a0<strong><em>Repair<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rebuild:<\/strong> Rebuilding quite literally means to build something again after it has been damaged or destroyed. In our industry, you can think of it as the hundreds of projects in the US that are trying to address issues with aging infrastructure and working on rebuilding facilities, especially within the aviation sector.According to the Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA), \u201cU.S. airports will require more than $128 billion in infrastructure upgrades by 2023, with more than 56 percent of the needs inside aging terminals.\u201d ACI-NA President and CEO Kevin Burke noted, \u201cit is time to find the means to rebuild our nation\u2019s aviation infrastructure and improve the passenger experience for millions of travelers.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repair:<\/strong> Repairing something focuses on small fixes that help restore it to its proper working order. Our Arora Systems Group performs this type of work on maintenance contracts across the Philadelphia area and across a wide variety of facilities. Their work focuses on monitoring, managing, and repairing different systems, including burglar alarms, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, plumbing, baggage handling systems, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We received some fantastic responses, as seen in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aroraengineers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Rebuild-Repair.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this collage<\/a>!
