I believe in the lost art of, \u2018If someone calls you, you must at least call them back.\u2019 Also, if you cannot get something done, communicate that to your colleague. Communication is vital to productivity.\u201d Manik says. \u201cI\u2019ve always believed that it\u2019s not about correcting someone, it\u2019s about connecting with someone. If you do not connect, they may not be there for you when you need them.
